How much is the deposit?
All events require a $100, fully refundable deposit ($200 if your event includes alcohol). Renters agree to return The Loft to its “pre-event” condition, including sweeping and disposing of garbage. If needed, any cleaning costs will be charged against the deposit. Is

Yes, The Loft on Cherry is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests with disabilities; however, at this time, The Loft is not wheelchair accessible.
Are minors allowed?
Yes. In fact, we encourage youth events and activities. However, our policy requires that one adult chaperone be present at all times for every ten minors.
